Order Cancellations
Cancellations of customized turn-key live production systems - We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee equal to 25% of the total system price if the system is cancelled prior to delivery to the customer. The cancellation fee pays for the cost of procurring components, handling the return of components, re-stocking charges, inbound/outbound freight charges, labor for design, labor for construction, lost business opportunity, and carrying costs for components that cannot be returned to manufacturers. If we received a deposit with an order and it is greater than the cancellation fee, the balance will be refunded to the customer. If the deposit is less than the cancellation fee, the customer will be billed for the balance.
Cancellations of non-integrated stand-alone products: If a component order is cancelled prior to delivery to customer, we reserve the right to charge a re-stocking fee of 20% of the order total to cover cost of procurement, handling, incoming and return freight, and restocking charges.
