Mobile Studios is committed to providing the utmost in client support from the system design phase to long after our mobile A/V production systems are installed, tested and complete.

  • Our commitment to technical support includes an install coordinator whose task it is to make sure all installs run smoothly. Also, it is her task to make sure clients are able to contact Mobile Studios personnel, and make sure that each client is provided the appropriate documentation material after the install.
  • A true commitment to customer support continues long after the install. Mobile Studios maintains in-house documentation on installs for phone support and remote troubleshooting. Maintaining client equipment and updating systems is made easier through this documentation.
  • Customer Satisfaction Pledge: It is our intention to provide you with the best service possible at the most reasonable cost. Our goal is to design and install a system best suited for your needs, and to keep your equipment running at peak performance. Your complete satisfaction is our goal.

    Please remember, our support is designed to help you if there is a system problem that is stopping you from finishing your video production. Since we want to keep our tech support personnel available for you if you do experience a problem, please refrain from calling for needs that can be fairly easily addressed by consulting the system or component manuals. Essentially, our tech support is not an educational consulting service, but rather a place to call when a system problem stands in your way, we're here to help!
